I am comforted that the children aren’t exposed to BPA or the alternative plastics. The ventilation system works really well for my children and has greatly reduced spit up, burps and gas. Obviously, they are glass so there is always a chance of breaking. However, I have a bottle warmer and there have been times that I’ve taken a bottle that’s been in the fridge overnight and put it straight in the bottle warmer without warming up the glass a little under running water, and there have been zero breaks from the high and fast temperature change. This shows me it is well tempered and well made. With constant washing on high in the dishwasher, there has been zero fading of the measurements/markings on the bottle. Any regular bottle brush works well and it comes with a pipe cleaner type cleaner so you can clean the ventilation system fully. I highly recommend it.

The bottle is very soft to try and mimic Mum’s skin, and the teat area does look like a breast (but the teat itself is a lot firmer than one and vs. a number of other bottles). Cleaning wise it is easy. Despite a range of good design features and my high hopes, our breastfed baby would not accept this bottle at all and the firm teat contributed. These bottles are very expensive and so based on our personal unsuccessful experience with them, I’d be hesitant to recommend them.

I also love the different colors. Bottles always seem to disappear in my house and these have yet to not catch my eye when thrown around. I also know I’m missing one when I see a certain color missing. ALSO, the whole on top is wide so I find it easier to pour the water and formula. My dr Browns had a small opening so you had to be extra careful when pouring anything in it. My son is 8 months and these seem to work just as well as the 6 piece dr Browns.
